If the item you want is not yet available for purchase...

Even if you've decided on an item you want after browsing our STYLE BOOK, etc., it may not yet be available for purchase if it's not yet in stock. Items available on our WEB STORE will be announced via email when they become available. Please contact webstore@jin-company.tokyo with the following details:
Subject: Request for Sale Start Notification
Body: Your Name, Name of Product for which you'd like a notification

*For items not handled by the WEB STORE, we will direct you to a directly managed store.
*Please note that we cannot accept requests for items that are already sold out.

First-time customers

If you are a first-time user, please use "New Registration."
The next time you use our service, you can use your ID and password to automatically fill in your shipping address. You can also enjoy special benefits based on your purchase history and points.
To register, enter your information in each form at New Member Registration, read the terms of service, check "I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy," and select "Register as a Member."
By registering as a member, your registered address and other information will be saved, allowing you to shop without re-entering your details from your next visit.

After placing an order

・An automatic order confirmation email will be sent after you place an order.
If you do not receive the order confirmation email, it could be that your order was not placed, your email address is incorrect, or the email was treated as spam. In such cases, please contact webstore@jin-company.tokyo or JIN COMPANY Co., Ltd. WEB STORE at 042-522-0207.

・For customers who ordered only in-stock items, we will proceed with shipping according to your specified delivery date and time.
・For customers who ordered pre-order items, we will contact you as soon as the detailed arrival date is confirmed.
・If you have any requests, such as changing the specified delivery date or combining separately ordered items, please contact webstore@jin-company.tokyo or JIN COMPANY Co., Ltd. WEB STORE at 042-522-0207.

・Once the shipping process is complete, we will send you an email with the tracking number. The retention period for your package after shipping is 7 days. If you are frequently absent and have difficulty receiving packages, please be sure to contact us with your preferred delivery date.
If an order is canceled after shipping, or if a package is returned due to long-term absence, we will charge you for the shipping and retrieval costs.
*Please note that we may refuse future service if an order is canceled without prior notice.

After product arrival

*While we take every precaution with our products, in the unlikely event of a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact webstore@jin-company.tokyo or JIN COMPANY Co., Ltd. WEB STORE at 042-522-0207 within 5 business days of the product's arrival.
We will arrange for an exchange or return based on our terms of use.

・For returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, such as incorrect size or difference in image, we will handle them in accordance with our terms of use.

About Points

You will earn 1 point for every 100 yen (excluding tax) spent. *Some exceptions apply. Earned points can be used for future purchases at a rate of "1 point = 1 yen."
Points are valid for one year (365 days) from the date of your last purchase.

Point Status

Awarded points become "valid" when the ordered item has been shipped.
If an order is canceled, the points will become "invalid."

*Points for canceled or returned items will be invalid.
*Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
*All points for customers who have been refused WEB STORE service due to unannounced cancellations after product shipment, or cancellations due to long-term absence, will be invalidated.
