When registering as a member to use our WEB STORE, please be sure to read these terms and conditions. *By completing an order, you are deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these terms and conditions.

Eligible Users

Those who are eligible to use this service are those who fall under either (1) or (2), and do not fall under (3).
[1] Persons aged 18 or older residing in Japan.
*Excluding cases where a forwarding service is used (for details, please refer to "International Shipping" below).
[2] Persons under 18 years old residing in Japan, who have obtained parental consent for use.
*If an order is placed by a minor, it will be deemed that parental consent has been obtained.
[3] Persons who have been denied use of our WEB STORE in the past due to non-delivery of products due to long-term absence, or cancellations without contact.

Please note that if you place an order on a holiday or outside business hours, your order will be confirmed on the next business day.

Important Notes When Ordering

・Please ensure that there are no errors in your customer information, such as your name, furigana (phonetic Japanese spelling), address, and phone number.
*Please enter a phone number where you can be reached during the day.
・If you wish to have additional ordered items delivered together with a previous order, please enter the previous order number in the comment field when placing the additional order and clearly state that you wish for them to be shipped together.
→In the case of combined shipping, shipping and handling fees will be for one package.
*Please note that if you request combined shipping, billing will be separate.
・The holding period for in-stock items is generally within 7 days. Therefore, if the specified delivery date exceeds the period stipulated in the terms, your order will be canceled.
・If a defect is found in an item before shipping, and there is limited stock making it difficult to exchange for a non-defective item, your order for that item may be canceled.

Please note that payment will be confirmed as soon as your order is confirmed.

Orders without a specified delivery date will be shipped sequentially starting from the same day. (Shipment may be on or after the next business day.)
If you have an urgent request, please contact us by phone after completing your order.

Important Notes When Ordering Reserved Items and Discounted Items

About Ordering Reserved Items

・The arrival time of products is merely an estimate and may change.
・If you order a reserved item together with an in-stock item, please note that all items will be shipped together once the reserved item arrives and all products are available.
・We will contact you as soon as the product arrival date is decided. At that time, we will ask for your preferred delivery date and time within one week, so please let us know.
・Due to shipping schedules, simultaneous orders with sale items are not permitted. Please place separate orders for sale items.
・Orders that have passed one week from the order procedure cannot be canceled, even if the item has not yet arrived. Please be aware of this.
・Regarding reserved items, prototypes are used for photography, so there may be slight differences in color from the actual product that arrives.

About ordering sale items (discounted items)

・The product price will be the price at the time of purchase. Re-ordering by customers who have already completed the purchase procedure before a price change is strictly prohibited.
・Due to shipping dates, simultaneous orders with reserved items are not possible. If simultaneous orders are placed, the sale item will be canceled, so please be aware of this in advance.
・Returns and exchanges are not accepted for specially priced items. Please double-check the size and color when ordering.
*If you have any questions, please check before ordering and before shipping.
・Due to system reasons, prices may differ slightly from those at our direct stores, so please be aware of this.

About orders for items using coupons

・Coupons can be used when purchasing products at the OSMOSIS ONLINE SHOP.
・The right to use a coupon cannot be transferred to a third party other than the本人.
・Coupons cannot be used for products that have already been ordered or reserved.
・Coupons vary in discount amount, validity period, and usage conditions depending on the type.
・Please note that coupons and other benefits may not be used in conjunction.
・The discount from a coupon applies to the total product amount (total of only the purchased items), not the total payment (including shipping and cash-on-delivery fees).
・For returns, the amount refunded will reflect the coupon conditions applied to the returned product.

About Confirmation Emails

An email will be automatically sent after placing an order, but if you do not receive it, it is possible that the order was not completed, the entered address is incorrect, or it was caught by a filter.
In such cases, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us at webstore@jin-company.tokyo.
*If you are using free email services such as Gmail or Yahoo! Mail, please be aware that our emails may be mistakenly categorized as spam.
*For customers using mobile email and who have set up domain-specific reception, please configure your settings to receive emails from webstore@jin-company.tokyo.

About Cancellations

If you accidentally ordered the same item twice, or if there are any other mistakes in your order, please contact us promptly via email at webstore@jin-company.tokyo or by phone at 042-522-0207 (Jin Company Co., Ltd. WEB STORE staff).
Please note that for reserved items, cancellations cannot be accepted after one week has passed from the order procedure.

*When contacting us by email, please include the purchased item, purchase date and time, your name, address, and phone number.
*Products purchased through mail order are not subject to the cooling-off period of the Door-to-Door Sales Act, so our service does not offer a cooling-off option.
Furthermore, if an order is canceled after shipment due to customer's convenience, or if the product is returned to our company due to the customer's long-term absence, incorrect address declaration, or refusal to receive the package, we will separately charge for the shipping cost at the time of shipment + cash-on-delivery shipping cost for returning the product + handling fees. Please note.
If reshipment is requested and we do not receive instructions for shipment within 2 business days after the product arrives at our company, it will be considered an unnotified cancellation.
Please note that if an unnotified cancellation occurs, we may refuse future use of our services.

Shipping Method

If you have a specified date and time, it will be delivered at the specified date and time. If there is no specification, we will generally proceed with shipping within 2 to 3 business days.
For orders paid by cash on delivery, products will be delivered by Sagawa Express e-Collect (cash on delivery). (Sagawa Express delivery staff will contact the registered phone number before delivery.)
For orders paid by credit card, products will be delivered by Sagawa Express prepaid.
*Customers who can use a delivery locker when absent, please specify this in the comment field when ordering.

Delivery Date and Time

You can specify the delivery date and time when placing an order.
(Excluding cases where you order items for which a specific date and time cannot be set, such as pre-order items.)
Delivery time slots conform to Sagawa Express's designated time slots.
Morning / 12:00-14:00 / 14:00-16:00 / 16:00-18:00 / 18:00-21:00 *Fine-grained time settings within these slots cannot be accommodated.

(Even if a date can be set at the time of order, delivery on the specified date may not be possible due to business days or delivery area. In such cases, we will contact you immediately after confirming the order, so please check.)
*If you were unable to receive your package on the first delivery attempt, cash-on-delivery items will be held for 7 days, so please contact for redelivery according to the missed delivery notice.
If the package is not received after the 7-day holding period, it will be returned to us.
In this case, you will be charged for the round-trip shipping fee + handling fee that incurred.
*Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions or other factors.
We are not responsible for any secondary events such as delays.

For post-paid orders, NP Postpay service provided by Net Protections, Inc. will be applied. Personal information will be provided within the scope of the service, and the claim for payment will be assigned.

About Receipt Issuance

Our site does not issue individual receipts.
Customers who purchased with cash on delivery, please use the receipt on the shipping slip received upon delivery.
Customers who purchased with credit card payment, please use the billing statement issued by your credit card company as a receipt.
Purchase details (item names, etc.) are listed on the delivery note included with the product.

About Returns and Exchanges

[1] Please be sure to check the contents of the product when you receive it.
In any case, returns and exchanges must be processed within 7 days from the delivery date.
[2] If the product is not in the same condition as when shipped, such as lost tags, worn items beyond trying on, or items soiled during try-on, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
[3] While we strive for perfect products, if a delivered item is damaged or differs from your order, please contact our online store within 5 business days of receiving the item, and then send the item back to us at our expense (cash on delivery).
*Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior contact.
If the item is in stock, we will exchange it for a new, non-defective item.
If the item is out of stock, we sincerely apologize, but we will refund the product price once we confirm receipt of the returned item.
[4] Please note that even in cases of delivery accidents or defective products due to our error, we cannot respond after 7 days from the product arrival date.
[5] We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the product is damaged or soiled due to handling not based on the attached care instructions or washing label, or due to damage/soiling caused by the customer.
[6] For returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, please contact us within 5 business days of the product arrival date and return the product at your own shipping cost. We will process the return once we confirm receipt of the product. For refunds, the amount will be the product price minus the bank transfer fee. Shipping and handling fees at the time of shipment cannot be refunded.
[7] If the return causes the order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, we will charge you for the shipping costs that we originally paid. Please be aware of this.
[8] Please note that we will refuse to accept returns made without prior contact or by methods contrary to our return instructions.
[9] Returns and exchanges for sale items (specially priced items) or promotional items are not accepted. However, this does not apply if the item sent was damaged or differs from the ordered item.
[10] We are not responsible for any secondary events such as delays.
[11] For long-term absence after product shipment or refusal to receive the package, it will be treated as an unnotified cancellation return, and we will separately charge for the round-trip shipping costs.

Disclaimer

We shall not be held responsible for any damages arising from acts of God or other causes not attributable to our company.

Governing Law, Competent Court

In the event of a dispute concerning these terms and conditions, the District Court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall be the exclusive court of first instance by agreement.
